Bestaddele
500g skroefnoedels
325ml olie
sout
250ml wit asyn
1kg tamaties geskil en gekap
½kg uie gekap
1 rooi soetrissie
1 groen of geel soetrissie
500ml suiker
100ml mayonnaise

Metode
Kook die skroefnoedels in water met 25ml olie en sout tot amper sag en dreineer. Kook die uie, tamaties, asyn, suiker, sout en 300 ml olie saam vir 15 min. Gooi mayonnaise by uiemengsel en kook deur. Voeg noedels by en laat weer deurkook. Roer saggies deurmekaar. Bottel warm.
