Bestanddele
200ml suiker
25ml botter
2ml fyn kaneel of 2 – 3 kaneelstukkies
1ml fyn gemmer
4 – 5 middelslag patats, geskil en in skywe gesny
knippie sout
12,5ml gouestroop
50ml water

Metode
Plaas die suiker, botter, gemmer, kaneel en gouestroop in ’n kastrol en laat kook oor lae hitte totdat dit begin verbruin. Voeg die patats, sout en water by. Kook oor matige hitte tot die patats sag en die sous taai is.
