125ml suiker                                                                                        
5ml botter of margarine
250ml warm melk                                                                             
5ml mielieblom
knippie sout                                                                                        
koue melk
3ml vanieljegeursel
Metode
Verhit die suiker en botter of margarine tot ligbruin en voeg die warm melk by. Roer goed tot die suiker gesmelt is. Meng die mielieblom en sout met ‘n klein bietjie koue melk tot ‘n pasta en roer by die melkmengsel in. Laat 2 minute kook. Verwyder van stoof en voeg die geursel by. Sit warm of koud voor.
