Bestanddele
2 groot uie, in ringe gesny                                                             
100g margarien
1,25 kg skaapvleis                                                                             
150ml soetwyn
15ml brandewyn                                                                               
10ml geuropwekker
3ml swartpeper                                                                                 
3ml fyn koljander
4-6 aartappels, geskil en in kwarte gesny                               
250g geelwortels, in ringe gesny
250g murgpampoentjies, in ringe gesny                                 
250g knopiesampioene
Metode
Braai die uie in die margarien en voeg die skaapskenkels by. Braai 5 min oor lae hitte. Voeg die soetwyn, brandewyn en speserye by. Sit die deksel op en kook 45 min. Voeg nou die groente by deur dit in lae op die vleis te pak. Bedek weer en kook nog 30 min.
