Backpacker’s Breakfast

4 x 250 ml Jungle Oats100 g brown sugar2 ml salt

125 ml water
125 ml oil
5 ml vanilla essence
40 g almonds
 Preheat oven to 160ºC.
1. Mix all ingredients.
2. Sprinkle onto a greased oven pan.
3. Bake for 40 minutes. Stir occasionally.
4.  Allow to cool and divide into single- sized portions.
5. Enjoy with milk or yoghurt and dried fruit.
