‘n Halfpond (250g) maer varkvleis, 1/2 pond (250g) vet varkvleis of niervet, 3 onse (85g) broodkrummels, 1 eetlepel salie, 2 blaartjies foelie (fyn gemaak), 2 eiers, sout en peper. Kap die vleis mooi fyn en maak dit met eiers en ander bestanddele aan. Stop die kalkoen.
