Bestanddele
2 lamslieslappe (kaiings)
1 eetlepel rooipeper
1 eetlepel sout
1 eetlepel rissie-geelsout

Metode
Sny die lieslappe in 1 cm blokkies. Braai dit in ‘n swaarboompot tot bruin en bros. Sit dit op kombuispapier, sodat dit van die vet kan absorbeer. Besprinkel met die speserye. Eet dit op brood.
