Spiced Potatoes

20ml paprika
15ml chilli flakes
10ml onion flakes
15ml garlic flakes
10ml ground cumin
60ml Malden salt
1kg potatoes
olive oil
spicy salt, to season
tomato salsa, to serve

Combine 20ml paprika, 15ml chilli flakes, 10ml onions flakes, 15ml garlic flakes, 10ml ground cumin and 60ml Malden salt.
Roast 1kg potato wedges according to packet instructions.
Toss the wedges in 60ml olive oil and then in the spicy salt. Serve with tomato salsa.
