4 k gekapte uie

Bestanddele – Sous
3 k Suiker
2½ k Wit asyn
2 dessertlepels sout
2½ e Kerriepoeier
4 e Mielieblom

Metode
Kook Kool en uie sag (nie pap nie). Dreineer goed. Meng al die bestanddele vir sous en voeg by kool. Kook nou vir 10 minute. Roer gedurig. Bottel warm.
