Lemoen sous vir Pannekoek

Bestanddele
200g suiker
50g botter
sap van 2 lemoene
sap en skil van 2 suurlemoene
50ml brandewyn
30ml lemoenlikeur

Metode
Gebruik ‘n groot pan, smelt botter en suiker tot effens bruin. Voeg lemoensap, suurlemoensap en gerasperde skil by en laat sous 15min lank kook. Voeg brandewyn en likeur by. Die sous is genoeg vir 18 pannekoekies
