800 g Geskilde Piesangs
2 Groenrissies
2 Uie
2 Knoffel huisies
250 g Sultanas (420 ml)

10 ml Sout
1 ml Peper
10 ml Kerriepoeier
5 ml Borrie
1 ml Tiemie
Knippie fyn naeltjies
750 ml Asyn
400 g Suiker (500 ml)

Metode
Sny piesangs in skyfies en kap die groenrissies, knoffel en uie fyn. Braai uie, groenrissie en knoffel. Maak ‘n pasta van al die droë bestanddele. Plaas alles in ‘n pot en kook vir 1 uur lank. Roer kort, kort. Bottel warm. Lewer 1.5 Liter.
