1 tamatie, gesnipper
125ml ingelegde perskes, gesnipper
125ml pitlose rosyntjies
30ml blatjang
5ml kerriepoeier
125ml mayonnaise

Metode
Meng die rys, soetrissie, ui, tamatie, perskes en rosyntjies in ‘n slaaibak. Meng die res van die bestanddele en roer liggies by slaai.
