Bestanddele
3 eiers
1 koppie suiker
¾ koppie melk (kook)
3 eetlepel botter/margarien
1½ koppie koekmeel
1½ teelepel bakpoeier
Knippie sout

Metode
Klits eiers tot room. Voeg suiker by en klits. Sif meel, bakpoeier, sout en laaste kookmelk en botter saam. Bak vir ± 30min. by 200ºC. Haal uit en prik met vurk. Gooi kokende stroop oor.

Bestanddele Stroop
1 koppie suiker
1½ koppie lemoensap
2 eetlepel botter

Metode Stroop
Kook 5min. Voeg 1 teelepel lemoenskil by. Kan saam met styfgeklopte room bedien word.
