Lamsboud
Roosmaryn (na smaak)
Gemmer en knoffel (hele klomp)
Sout en pepper (na smaak)
Soetrissie sous (koop by enige klein handelaar)

Metode
Maak klein gaatjies in boud, druk die knoffel, roosmaryn en gemmer daarin. Bedek met soetrissie sous. Bak vir 3 ure 4 in ‘n oondvaste bak met ‘n deksel in ‘n oond teen 110 grade Celsius
