Couscous met groente

Bestanddele
250g couscous (voorberei in groente aftreksel)
50ml olyfolie
200g elk groen murgpampoen, geel murgpampoen, en wortels
200g mango
2 huisies knoffel
45ml grof gekapte pietersielie

Metode
Berei couscous. Roerbraai die groente in olyfolie oor medium hitte. Voeg die knoffel en pietersielie by en roerbraai vir nog 3 min. Roer die res van die olyfolie by die couscous. Voeg die groente by en meng. Bedien warm of koud
