Creamy Cheese Noodles with Jalapeños and Nachos.

Serves 4 | Preparation Time: 10 mins | Cooking Time: 20 mins
• 1 x 325 g box Knorr Mince Mate Creamy Cheese
• 250 ml grated Cheddar
• 800 ml hot water
• 15 ml oil
• 75 ml jalapeño peppers, chopped
• 400 ml nacho chips
• 400 g mince

1. In a large saucepan, brown mince in oil
2. Add the sachet of seasoning mix, 800 ml hot water, jalapeños and the uncooked pasta and bring to the boil
3. Reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally
4. Transfer to a baking dish
5. Empty the contents and the cheese sauce sachet into a measuring jug
6. Fill to 500 ml with rapidly boiling water and stir with a fork for 1 min
7. Pour over the mince, top with crushed nachos, sprinkle with grated cheese and grill for 4 min
