Creamy Three Cheese Noodles

A cheese lover’s dream dish, this noodle meal combines the tasty flavours of Cheddar, Feta and Gorgonzola.
Serves 2 | Preparation Time: 10 mins | Cooking Time: 20 mins
• 1 x 325 g Knorr Mince Mate Creamy Cheese
• 50 g crumbled feta cheese
• 800 ml hot water
• 15 ml oil
• 50 g grated Cheddar cheese
• 50 g Gorgonzola cheese
• 400 g mince

1. In a large saucepan, brown 400 g mince in the oil
2. Add the sachet of seasoning mix, 800 ml hot water and the uncooked pasta and bring to the boil
3. Reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 min, stirring occasionally
4. Empty the contents of the cheese sauce sachet into a measuring jug
5. Fill to 500 ml with rapidly boiling water and stir with a fork for 1 min
6. Stir in the 3 cheeses and pour over the mince mix
