Extra Creamy Cheese & Corn Chicken Pasta

Serves 4 | Preparation Time: 5 mins | Cooking Time: 15 mins
Ingredients
• 1 x 410 g tin whole kernel corn, drained
• 400 g chicken breasts, sliced
• 4 spring onions, sliced
• 200 ml cream
• 1 box Knorr Chicken Mate – Lotsa Cheese
• 20 ml chopped fresh coriander
• 600 ml water
• 15 ml oil

Instructions
1. Using a non-stick frying pan, brown chicken in oil for about 3–4 min
2. Add spring onions and fry for another minute
3. Add sachet of seasoning sauce blend, water and cream to the pan together with the uncooked pasta
4. Stir in the corn and coriander
5. Bring to the boil, stirring occasionally, and reduce heat
6. Allow to simmer uncovered for 10 min or until the pasta is cooked
