FILLING INGREDIENTS

410 g tin asparagus salad cuts + *

OR

1 onion, chopped and fried
250 g bacon, ham or viennas chopped and fried
150 g mushrooms + *

OR

250 g tin pineapple pieces
200 g tin tuna + *

OR

175 g spinach coooked and chopped
25 ml grated onion + *

* 250 ml grated chedder cheese

EGG CUSTARD INGREDIENTS

150 ml milk
2 eggs
30 ml flour
5 ml mustard
5ml salt
2 ml pepper
2 ml aromat

Preheat oven to 180 grade C and grease a small pie dish.
If you are using a large flan dish, then double the recipe.
Place all ingredients for filling into pie dish and sprinkle the grated cheese over.
Place all egg custard ingredients in holder and stir well.
Pour over filling and bake at 180 C for 35 minutes or until set.
Serves 4.
Ideal for lunch box filler or supper with various salads.
