Tagliatelle with Creamy Prawn, Arrabiata and Coriander

Serves 4 | Preparation Time: 40 mins | Cooking Time: 15 mins
Ingredients
• 1 x 500 g Knorr Unbelievable Bolognaise Cook-In-Sauce
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Coriander to garnish
• Oil as needed
• 300 ml cream
• 5 ml dried crushed chillies
• 50 ml coriander, chopped
• 800 g tagliatelle
• 500 g prawns

Instructions
1. Peel and devein the prawns
2. In a pan, heat the Knorr Unbelievable Sauce
3. Turn down the heat, add the prawns and crushed chilli and simmer until cooked
4. Turn off heat, add cream and chopped coriander
5. Adjust seasoning if needed
6. Bring salted water to the boil
7. Add tagliatelle and cook until al dente
8. Drain and rinse with cold water
9. Toss in oil
10. Mix with sauce and garnish with coriander
