375ml suiker
750ml melk                                                                                          
Knippie sout
15ml mielieblom
Metode
Karameliseer die botter en suiker oor lae hitte totdat dit mooi bruin is. Voeg melk en sout by en laat opkook totdat alles gesmelt is. Meng die mielieblom met ‘n bietjie water en voeg dit by die suikermengsel. Kook dit totdat dit verdik.
