50ml margarien
50ml koekmeelblom                                                                        
300ml melk
100ml room                                                                                         
50ml pietersielie
10ml sout                                                                                             
50ml muskadel
Metode
Sorteer die sampioene, ui en knoffel in die margarien. Roer die meelblom by, dan die melk en dan die room. Voeg die res van die bestanddele by en meng goed. Giet oor enige gaar vleissnit.
