125g droë appelkose                                                                       
125g droë appelringe
750ml water                                                                                      
30ml mosterdpoeier
50ml sjerrie                                                                                        
 10ml wynasyn
1ml fyn gemmer
Metrode
Kook appelkose en appelringe in die water tot sag. Kook dan vinnig sonder ‘n deksel totdat vloeistof ingedamp is tot sowat 200ml Versap vrugte en water in ‘n versapper en voeg res van bestanddele by. Meng deeglik. Bewaar in ‘n gesterilliseerde houer in die yskas. Heerlik saam met beesvleis, varkvleis, hoender en lamsvleis.
