1 blik kondensmelk                                                                        
50 ml suurlemoensap
1 koppie (250 ml) ingelegde bessies (bv framboos, aarbei, kersies, moerbei of youngbessies)
1 pak Tennisbeskuitjies                                                                
Metode
Dreineer die bessies goed. Meng kondensmelk en suurlemoensap tot dikkerig. Skep bessies by kondensmelkmengsel en meng goed. Pak ‘n laag tennisbeskuitjies in ‘n gesmeerde tertbak en skep ‘n laag van die mengsel oor. Herhaal tot die bestanddele op is.
Verkoel oor nag.
