Metode
Voorverhit oond tot 180°C. Spuit ‘n 2 liter tertbak. Kerf die dadels fyn en voeg die kookwater en koeksoda by. Laat afkoel. Room margarien en suiker en klop die eier by. Voeg die meel, sout, bakpoeier, dadels en neute by en meng goed. Skep in tertbak en bak vir 35 min.
Metodde Sous
Kook die suiker en water vir 5 min. Haal van die stoof af en voeg die margarien, vanielje en brandewyn by. Roer goed en gooi warm oor die tert. Bedien met geklopte room waarby 5ml rumgeursel gevoeg is.
