Bestanddele
4 eiers                                                                                                  
1 koppie suiker
1¼ koppie meelblom                                                                      
 ¼ teelepel sout
2 eetlepels botter                                                                           
4 eetlepels melk                                              
1 teelepel koffiepoeier                                                                
2 eetlepels water
1 eetlepel vanielje
Metode
Klits eiers en suiker tot liggeel. Voeg sout by en smelt botter. Voeg melk, water en vanielje by. Sif droë bestanddele- meel, koffiepoeier en meng met eiermengsel. Voeg bottermengsel by en meng goed. Strooi laaste die bakpoeier oor en vou in.
Bak in matige oond (180°) vir 35min. Genoeg vir tertbord so groot soos oondpan. Steek gate in tert en gooi kokende stroop bo-oor. Laat afkoel.
Bestanddele Stroop
12 eetlepels suiker                                                                         
1 ½ koppie water
2 gelyke eetlepels koffiepoeier                                                
3 eetlepels brandewyn
Metode Stroop
Kook vir 5min. Gooi oor warm tert.
Bestanddele Bolaag
1 Blikkie karamel kondensmelk                                 
250ml room
1 pakkie butterscotch of karamel kits poeding   
1 koppie melk
Metode Bolaag
Smeer kondensmelk oor tert wanneer afgekoel. Klits kits poeding met melk. Laat stol. Klits room styf en klits gestolde poeding by. Skep bo-oor tert. Strooi ‘n flake oor.
