Kaas en Hamtert

Bestanddele Vulsel
2 eetlepels (30ml) botter                                                               
2 teelepels (10ml) gegeurde seesout
250g ham of weenseworsies, in dun repies gesny              
1 teelepel (5ml) droë mosterd
2 eetlepel (30ml) fyn gekapte pietersielie                            
Bestanddele Pasteideeg
2 eetlepels (30ml) koekmeel                                                       
knippie rooipeper
1 ½ koppie (375ml) karringmelk                                                  
3 eiers geklits
1 koppie (250ml) cheddarkaas, grof gerasper
Metode
Bak die pasteideeg 10 minute sonder vulsel by 220 ºC. Verhit die oond tot 180 ºC. Meng die botter, meel, sout, rooipeper en mosterd oor lae hitte. Roer die karringmelk by en meng glad. Roer en kook 2 minute, verwyder van hitte. Laat effens afkoel. Roer die ander bestanddele by. Skep die vulsel in die vooraf gebakte pasteikors. Bak 45 minute tot mooi bruin en pofferig.
