6-8 Hoenderstukke

3 uie in kwarte gesny                                                                      
3 geelwortels
250g jong murgpampoentjies, gehalveer                               
250ml gesnipperde groenbone 
10 klein aartappeltjies geskil                                                        
1 pakkie bruin uiesoppoeier
25ml blatjang                                                                                      
5ml Paprika
12.5ml Worcestersous                                                    
25ml Mayonnaise
125ml droë wit wyn                                                                         
Sout en peper

Metode
Braai die hoender in die olie tot ligbruin. Verlaag die hitte en voeg die groente in die volgorde by: Ui, wortels, groenboontjies, murgpampoentjies en aartappeltjies. Meng die res van die bestanddele en giet oor die groente. Sit deksel op en prut 1 – ½ uur. Voeg nog water by.
