Bestanddele
15ml gelatien                                                                                     
 125ml koue water
2 blikkies tuna of salm                                                     
125ml vars room
2 middelslag dill of argurkies                                        
10ml mosterdsous
10ml worcestersous                                                                        
2ml aromat
2ml sout                                                                                                
125ml mayonnaise
20ml tamatiesous                                                                             
10ml pietersielie
Metode
Los die gelatien op in die koue water, verhit oor kookwater totdat opgelos, laat afkoel. Vlok die vis. Klop die room styf en rasper die dill grof. Voeg nou al die bestanddele bymekaar en meng goed. Maak ‘n visvorm nat met koue water en vul met die vismengsel. Laat stol vir 2 ure. Doop die visvorm liggies in kookwater en ontvorm. Garneer met komkommer en tamatieskywe.
