Metode
Sny die vleis in blokkies en marineer dit 1 uur lank in die suurlemoensap. Sprinkel sout oor Meng die eier en olie tot gaar. Berei nou die sous soos volg: Sprinkel gemmer oor pynappel en soteer in warm olie. Meng die res van die bestanddele, en roer by die pynappel. Prut 5 min. Roer aanhoudend. Giet die sous oor die vleis en sit dit dadelik voor met chinese rys.
