Tuna – kasserol met kaaswieletjies

Bestanddele
2 blikkies tuna, gedreineer                                                           
1 groenrissie, gekap
30ml botter                                                                                         
5ml sout
70ml meelblom                                                                                  
1 blikkie Ideal melk
1 pakkie sampioensoppoeier                                                       
300ml water
25ml suurlemoensap                                                                      
 1 resepdeeg

Metode
Soteer die uie & groenrissie in botter. Voeg tuna, sout, meelblom by & roer tot glad gemeng is. Voeg die ideal melk, sop, water & suurlemoensap by & laat kook tot mengsel dik word. Gooi in ʼn kasserolbak. Rol deeg uit tot 5mm dik. Sprinkel kaas oor & sny in wieletjies. Rangskik bo-op tunamengsel. Jy kan bietjie melk & eier klits om oor die wieletjies te verf, dit maak dit lekker bros. Bak teen 190ºC vir ongeveer 30 minute.
