Chinese stroganoff

Bestanddele
1 kg beesfilet                                                                                      
75ml gerasperde ui
2 knoffelhuisies, gekerf                                                                 
250g vars sampioene, gekerf
300ml beesaftreksel                                                                        
25ml sojasous
50ml droë witwyn                                                                             
75ml mielieblom
5ml droë mosterd                                                                             
25ml olie
200ml jogurt of suurroom

Metode
Voorverhit die oond tot 160°C. Sny die vleis in dun repies en rangskik in ‘n oonskottel in ‘n enkellaag. Strooi die uie, knoffel en sampioene oor. Klits die aftreksel, sojasous, wyn, mielieblom, mosterd en olie saam en skep oor die vleis. Bedek en marineer vir 2 ure. Bak 30 min. Onbedek. Roer jogurt of room in, plaas die gereg vir 15 min. terug in oond. bedien saam met loemoenrys.
