250 g Flour
2 c Water
2 tbsp Butter
3 tbsp Sugar
Rind of Lemon
1 tsp baking powder
Bring to boil the water, butter, grated lemon and salt.
Add the flour mixing constantly and let it cook for 5 minutes.
Add the beaten egg and baking powder.
When it is warm enough for your hands, mix the dough until smooth.
Make balls with 2 spoons to shape and deep fry until golden brown.
Drain an coat with sugar.
