Granadilla Fridge Tart

1 litre milk                                  
120 – 150 ml custard powder
sugar to sweeten custard            
1 X 115 g granadilla pulp
1 X 397 g tin sweetened              
1 – 1 ½ packets tennis biscuits 
condensed milk                            
2 lemons
1.        Make a thick custard with the milk and custard powder.
2.       Sweeten the custard and allow to cool (NOT COLD).
3.       Squeeze the juice from the two lemons.
4.       In a bowl, combine the condensed milk, granadilla pulp & lemon juice. Mix well.
5.       In a glass square dish:
6.       Layer a row of tennis biscuits.
7.       Layer about 1 cm custard.
8.       Layer a thin layer of granadilla mixture..
9.       Repeat using up all ingredients, ending with the granadilla mixture.

10.    Refrigerate overnight, then cut up into squares.
