Irish Soda Bread

Ingredients
500 g Cake Flour
200 g White Sugar
5 g Baking Soda
9 g Baking Powder
3 g Salt
3 Eggs
460 g Sour Cream
165 g Raisins

Method
Preheat the oven to 165°C.
Grease two loaf pans.
Mix the flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
Add the eggs, sour cream and raisins.
Mix untill just combined.,br /> Distribute batter between the two loaf poans.
Bake loafes in oven for 1 hour.
