Bestanddele
2 groot uie, gekap                                                                             
1 knoffelhuisie, gekap
1 blokkie biefekstrak, opgelos in 50 ml Kookwater             
15ml olie
125ml tamatiesous                                                                           
75ml bruinsuiker
Worchestersous na smaak                                                            
Sout
2 kg Spare-ribs
Metode
Soteer die uie, knoffel en die olie. Voeg die res van die bestanddele by en kook vir 2 min. Giet die marinade oor die spare ribs en laat staan oornag in die yskas. Braai oor kole.
