1Pkt Pitted calamata olives
500g Cous Cous (preferably 5min)
200g Mozzarella Cheese
1Pkt Ina Paarman Sundried Tomato Quarters
1Pkt of Salad Onions
1 bottle Knorr Sundried Tomato and Olive Oil salad dressing
Prepare couscous and allow it to cool down. Chop up all ingredients into small pieces and add to couscous. Pour salad dressing over everything and mix it through thoroughly.
Taste best if you can make it the night before and just add a little salad dressing before serving to moisten it up again.
