BESTANDDELE
500g Butternut in blokkies gesny
500g Patat in blokkies gesny
1 groot of 2 klein uie in ringe gesny
1pk Bruin uiesop
250ml Room
250ml Gerasperde cheddar kaas
METODE
Stoom butternut en patat vir ongeveer 25minute.
Meng butternut, patat en uie in ‘n medium/groot oondvaste bak.
Gooi pakkie uiesop, dan room en daarna kaas oor.
Bak vir 45 – 60min 180ºC.
