SMOKED CHICKEN BREAD BASKETS

INGREDIENTS
1 Sachet Creamy Garlic Sauce (can use Black pepper or mushroom)
180ml Cream (can also use plain yoghurt)
2 Extra Large/Jumbo Eggs
1 Punnet cherry tomatoes, cut into smaller pieces (thirds or quarters)
250g Smoked chicken, cut into cubes
Margarine
12 Slices white or brown bread, crusts removed
10ml Dried parsley
Black Pepper
2 Rounds feta cheese, crumbled

METHOD
Spread margarine evenly onto one side of the bread slices and place buttered side down into a 12 round muffin pan.
Fill the bread cases with the smoked chicken and cherry tomatoes.
In a jug mix together the eggs, cream, Creamy Garlic Sauce and Parsley.
Pour the mix into the bread baskets so as to fill each one, season with Black Pepper and top with crumbled feta cheese
Bake in oven at 180ᵒC for 10-15min or until bread is golden brown and filling is set.
Remove from oven and allow to cool for 2-3 minutes, then remove baskets from the tins and serve.
