‘n kwartpond (113g) gerasperde kaas, 1/4 pond (113g) broodkrummels, 1/4 pond (113g) botter, 4 eiers, 4 lepels melk en ‘n bietjie peper. Klop die eiers goed en die botter tot room. meng met die melk en roer dan die kaas, krummels en peper daarin. Bak die mengsel in klein vormpies.
