Ingredients
Big black mushrooms
Bottle of Fattis & Monis pasta sauce – choose any tomato based bottled sauce
Cheese
Method
Wipe mushrooms with a cloth
Place in a big flat dish
Sprinkle a little bit of seasoning on top of mushrooms
Scoop the bottled Fattis & Monis pasta sauce onto each mushroom – enough to fill the inside of each mushroom
Sprinkle cheese on top of each mushroom
(place a thin layer of water in the dish to stop mushroom from drying out) Cover dish with tinfoil
Bake in a pre–heated oven at 180 degrees until mushrooms are soft (approx 40 minutes)
