MOZAMBICAN PRAWNS

Ingredients
2kg      Queen Prawns
3          Table spoon margarine
3          Table  spoon Pork Lard Pas(vark vet)
3          Tea  spoons garlic
1          Periperi to taste
1          Salt to taste
200ml  White wine
Method
Put oven on grill
Butter fry  the prawns put  a pirex dish
Add
Garlic, salt, periperi & wine to prawn mix Put 3 table spoon pork fat on top of prawns Put in oven & bake + 20 minutes till pink Enjoy with Chips or Rice
