Big potatoes enough for your guest
Pack of shoulder bacon Pack of sliced mushroom One onion
250ml Fresh Cream
Boil potatoes until almost fully cooked
Remove from water and cut length wise in half
Scoop out the potato flesh leaving approx 1 cm
In a pot fry the diced bacon, diced onion and diced mushrooms in a pot
Add spices
Add Fresh cream once the bacon is crispy Drain excess oil and mix in the potato flesh Scoop the mixture back into the potato shells
Place in flat dish and sprinkle some cheese on top.
Bake in a preheated oven (180 degr) for a further 20 minutes
