Flashy Breakfast

125 ml cream
125 ml yoghurt, plain
500 ml Jungle Oats
1 mango, cut into strips

1. Beat cream until stiff.
2. Fold yoghurt into the cream.
3.  Use a glass dish or glasses and alternate layers of mango, Jungle Oats and cream mixture.
4. Garnish with a mint sprig.
Serves 3 – 4
