Easy Chicken & Vegetables

1 Kg Frozen Chicken (Breasts Or Thighs) Apricot Jam
1 Pkt Mushroom, Tomato Or White Onion Soup

Sauce:
10-15ml Medium Curry Powder
Parsley
250-435ml Mayonnaise
125ml Chutney
15ml Worcestershire Sauce
Pinch Of Salt
15ml Soya Sauce

Method:
Preheat Oven To 180°C.
Roll Chicken Pieces In Soup Powder & Place Skin Side Up In Oven Dish. Dish About 7,5ml Apricot Jam On Each Chicken Piece.
Make A Sauce With The Rest Of The Ingredients.  (If Desired, Leave Salt
Out)
Pour Over Chicken.
Cover & Bake Until Soft & Done.
Remove Lid & Let Brown.
Serve With Rice & Vegetables Or Salad.
