Chicken Dish

Chicken Breasts
1 Punnet Mushrooms
1 Large Onion, Sliced
1 Large Tomato, Sliced
1 Green Pepper, Chopped
Few Strips Bacon, Cut Into Blocks
1 Cup Tastic Rice
3 Russians, Cut In Rings
1 Pkt Chicken Noodle Soup
Method:
Boil Chicken In Water Where A Chicken Cube Has Been Added. Debone
& Cut Into Pieces.
Brown The Onion & Green Pepper Slightly Until Done. Fry Bacon & Russians Slightly.
Remove From Pan & Brown The Mushrooms Ever So Slightly.
Cook Rice Until Done – Not “Pap”.
Make Soup With 1 Cup Of The Liquid (Chicken Sauce) Or 1 Cup Water. Add Everything Together In Pot.
Cook Very Slowly For 20-30 Mins.  Stir Continuously Otherwise It Will
Burn.
Be Careful That It Is Not Too Watery.
Season To Taste With Salt & Freshly Ground Pepper. Chopped Parsley
Can Be Added.
Serve With Fresh Salad Or Bread.
