Chicken Hawaiian

4-6 Chicken Portions
1ml Lemon Pepper
2Sml Flour
1 Egg, Beaten Sml Cinnamon S0ml Oil
Sml Salt
200ml Rice, Uncooked
Sml Ginger Crumbs, To Coat Sml Lemon
Rice:
20ml Oil
2S0ml Chicken Stock
1 Red Pepper, Chopped
12,Sml Pineapple, Diced
1 Green Pepper, Chopped
12,Sml Chives, Chopped

Method:
Chicken:  Season The Flour With The Spices, & Use To Coat The Chicken. Dip In Egg, Then Crumbs.  Fry In Hot Oil Until Well Browned, Place In A Casserole & Bake At 180°C For 1 Hour. Serve With Hawaiian Rice. Hawaiian Rice:  Heat The Oil & Fry The Rice, When Browned Add The Peppers & Fry. Add The Stock.  Cover & Cook, Add More Stock If Necessary. Stir In The Pineapple & Chives.
