Chicken With Sour Cream

500-750g Chicken Pieces
1 Clove Garlic, Crushed
250ml (1 Cup) Sour Cream
1 Large Banana, Sliced
5-10ml Curry Paste
1 Large Green Apple, Skinned & Grated
30ml Chutney
Salt & Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Method:
Preheat Oven To 180°C & Spray An Ovenproof Dish With Non-Stock
Spray Or Butter Lightly. Heat A Large Saucepan & Brush The Base With A Little Oil. Season The Chicken Pieces & Brown Lightly. Remove From The Pan & Arrange In The Ovenproof Dish. Mix The Remaining Ingredients & Season Lightly With Salt & Pepper. Spoon On Top Of The Chicken Pieces, Cover & Bake For 20 Mins Until The Chicken Is Cooked
& Tender.
