Curry Chicken

1 Chicken, Cut Into Pieces
30ml Cake Flour
45ml Oil
15ml Honey
1 Large Onion, Chopped
15 Ml Worcestershire Sauce
1 Apple, Peeled & Chopped
15 Ml Apricot Jam
22,5ml Curry Powder (Strong)
375 Ml Chicken Stock
5ml Borrie
22,5 Ml Lemon Juice
5ml Fine Ginger
3 Medium Potatoes, Cut In Wedges
Salt & Pepper To Taste
Brown Chicken In Oil Until Light Brown On Both Sides. Remove From
Saucepan. Brown Onion & Apple Until Soft & Transparent. Sprinkle Curry, Ginger & Borrie & Brown For 1 Min. Stir Cake Flour To This. Mix Honey, Worcestershire Sauce, Apricot Jam, Chicken Stock & Lemon Juice & Add This Gradually While Stirring Continuously.
Bring To Boiling Point, Add Chicken Pieces & Cook For 30 Mins. Add
Potatoes & Cook Until Potatoes Are Cooked. Add Salt & Pepper. Serve With Rice.
