Sweet Chilli Chicken Stir Fry

Serves 2

2 Chicken Breasts
30 Ml Olive Oil
250g Mc Cain Hawaiiwan Stir Fry
250 Ml Sweet Chilli Sauce
Heat 30 Ml Olive Oil In A Wok Or Frying Pan. Add 2 Chicken Breasts, Boned But Skin Intact, Sliced Thinly.  Stir-Fry Briefly On High Heat Until The Breasts Are Lightly Browned. Add 250 G Mccain Hawaiian Stir Fry & Stir-Fry Until Piping Hot & Glossy. Season To Taste With Salt & Milled Black Pepper Then Add 250 Ml Sweet Chilli Sauce & Extra Red Chillies,
If Required, Seeded & Finely Sliced. Cook Until Sticky, About 1 Minute, Then Serve Immediately Over Lemon Rice, Garnished With Whole Coriander Leaves.
